Applying for CareCredit is quick and easy.  Simply choose the option you prefer:

     In Person - ask us for an application, complete and sign the application, give it to Michelle

     By Phone - Call (800)365-8295 and follow prompts, you will receive the decision immediately

     Online - Go to www.carecredit.com and fill out the patient application.  You will also receive a decision immediately. 

Because your time is valuable, if you are interested in treatments that you suspect may leave you with a higher balance (veneers, crowns, implants, etc.), you can apply even before your first appointment so that you can be financially confident before you even arrive.
