From Mitchell Street (Bus 131) turn west at Maggie's Tavern, go 1/2 mile, we are located on the right hand side, across from the High School tennis courts. Turn right onto Green Street for patient parking (on Green St. in front of office)
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Cadillac so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Your benefits are determined by your employer in tandem with negotiations with the insurance carrier, to provide some assistance for payment of dental care. Your benefits are designed to provide assistance for basic and preventative needs. The results of your exam are not dictated by your insurance benefits but by your oral health needs. It's possible that your needs may go beyond your benefits.
Our role as your dental professional, is to inform you of the condition of your gums, teeth, jaw joint, and smile and then plan and recommend the best hygiene and dental options available for you. The employee, is the policy holder of the dental plan and we will help you in maximizing whatever benefits the employer has provided.
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Northern Quality Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We currently participate with the Dentemax Network and we are a Premiere Provider for Delta Dental. We currently are unable to take any new patients with Meridian or Molina. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
